Is there a minimum hire?

Yes there is. Our minimum hire is $100. This excludes our delivery fee

Do you deliver?

Yes we can organise delivery at an additional cost, our minimum hire for delivery is $200

Can the client pick up to avoid delivery fees?

Unfortunately we cannot allow pickup on most items, due to their delicacy and fragility. However, we do allow pickup for some of our items such as plinths, neons and cutouts. There will be a bond payable to ensure products condition.

When do you require final payment?

Final payment for catering and hire items is due one week prior to your event.

Do we clean everything before returning?

Yes we ask that you wipe down any food and liquid residue on our products.

Do I lose my deposit if I cancel my booking?

We can understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control and events gets canceled, however, you will lose your deposit in this instance. We need to factor in our time, admin fees, and reserving that item/s for a certain date/time.

Is there a bond payable?

Yes, there is a minimum $100 bond on hire items. Bonds are fully refundable on return of items in original condition minus fair wear and tear.
